She consulted with us about addressing sleepy and undefined eyes after previous surgery. Even though she had double folds, the eyes didn’t look big or dazzling enough. This happens when only double eyelid surgery is performed without ptosis correction. In addition, the inner corners opened unevenly. This made the shape of the inner corner lop-sided, and different amounts of the sclera were shown on each eye.
We performed revision double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction and revision epicanthoplasty in order to even up the shape and size of the eyes. This picture is three months after surgery.
