Double eyelid, lateral, Epicanthoplasty

This patient wanted to have bigger eyes with natural double folds while maintaining her ethnic identity. Additionally, she wanted to lower the angle of the eyes since they were too steep to look friendly. She underwent double eyelid surgery with epi and lateral canthoplasty. We brought down the tail of the eyes to make the eyes look gentler. Overall, the eyes were lengthened and became bigger with an ‘in’ fold.
