Double eyelid, Medial, Epicanthoplasty

This is a female patient who was not happy with her monolid and small eyes. It was of utmost importance to her that her eyes did not look as if they had undergone surgery. We performed non-incisional double eyelid surgery (9-lock method) and epicanthoplasty because her skin was thin and there was no excess fat or skin to be removed. Only after three months, the final result was evident.
