Male rhinoplasty, Hump reduction

This is a male patient who was not happy with his long nose and apparent dorsal fullness. He wanted a nose like a K-pop idol. We focused on maintaining the height as well as making the nose smooth and projected. He underwent tipplasty (closed method) with ear cartilage, and the derma filler smoothed out the contour of the nose.
