Rhinoplasty, Double eyelid

This young woman visited CDU due to a flat nose bridge and small eyes with a monolid. Another of her concerns was that her mouth looked projected. In her case, her flat nose bridge made her mid-face look hollow, and the mouth projected. Overall, her skin was thin, and there was no excess skin or fat to remove. We therefore performed double eyelid surgery (non-incision) with epicanthoplasty, and closed rhinoplasty with an i-shaped silicone implant on the bridge and ear cartilage on the tip.
