Male Rhinoplasty

This male patient underwent a primary rhinoplasty. A silicone implant was placed on the bridge. Alar cartilage was gathered, and a few pieces of ear cartilage were put on the tip. To maintain the masculine look, a suitable width of silicone was chosen. The incision was made inside the nose (closed method). There is no scar visible outside.
