This patient disliked his flat nasal bridge. We recommended bridge augmentation with tipplasty to achieve a nose well harmonized with other facial features. The bridge was elevated with a silicone implant, and the tip was also elevated gently, but not too much. The aim was to keep his nose masculine on the profile view, with a straight shape.
