She disliked her profile because the lip appeared to protrude because of a flat nose bridge and receding chin. Therefore, she underwent genioplasty and rhinoplasty. The nose bridge was augmented with an ultra-soft silicone implant (VXiL), and the droopy tip was heightened with ear cartilage. We focused on advancing the chin while maintaining the chin-length during surgery. Overall, she was satisfied with her profile view, which gave her a sophisticated look.
