Fat grafting full face, Jaw reduction, Double eyelid excision, Ptosis correction, Rhinoplasty, VXiL thread lift

This patient wanted to refresh her appearance and to have a smaller face. Furthermore, she felt that her face was sagging over time and that her eyes had excess skin. We performed mandible reduction and a full face fat graft, as well as rhinoplasty to make her face three-dimensional and smaller-looking. VXiL thread lifting was performed together with mandible reduction to lift the skin itself and prevent skin sagging after face contouring surgery. By having double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, excess skin on the upper eyelid was removed, and the eyes became bigger and brighter.
