Double eyelid, Epicanthoplasty, Ptosis Correction

She wished to address her asymmetric and small eyes. Double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty was performed. 

The eyes were balanced by strengthening weakened eye-opening muscles. 

The fold is designed to be an ‘in-out’ fold.
