Breast Augmentation

She had lost a significant amount of volume after breastfeeding. We recommended a teardrop-shaped textured implant. The implant was placed under the muscle. The breast from the nipples to inframammary folds was expanded in order to achieve a natural shape and nipple position. This is after three months from surgery.
