Before & After

Double Eyelid, Epicanthoplasty, Lateral canthoplasty

This patient wanted to refresh her eyes to look bigger and more defined. We performed double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty. After surgery, the eyes became wider and more defined.

Double eyelid, Epicanthoplasty, Ptosis Correction

She wished to address her asymmetric and small eyes. Double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty was performed.  The eyes were balanced by strengthening weakened eye-opening muscles.  The fold is designed to be an ‘in-out’ fold.

Double eyelid, Epicanthoplasty

This patient wanted to have more dramatic and graceful eyes. We recommended epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery. The fold was designed to be more parallel in order to achieve elegant-looking eyes. We used 9-lock non-incision method (please refer to the double eyelid surgery page). This is three months after eye surgery.

In previous consulations, she had been recommended to use rib cartilage. We chose ear instead of rib cartilage to achieve a soft nose. Alar cartilage …
